Dishing is very excited to be working with the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort this winter to provide an insider’s look into the food community surrounding the resort. For our first blog, we are sharing content that we worked with the resort to publish in our winter magazine, found all around Jackson Hole now.
We learned a lot about how much hot chocolate it takes to fuel the skiers on a cold day (466 cups to be exact!) and what the tram operators favorite song to play is (odds were for it being something from Bob Marley). We hope that you will enjoy this glimpse into the volume that goes into running a ski resort and keeping the guests well fed. See the full story here:
Check both of our websites for more posts about the food scene in Jackson Hole from the Dishing gang every month. Upcoming features will highlight a new winter food festival, the best places to apres ski, and some of our favorite cheap eats. In the meantime, get your fill of food news by grabbing a copy of the winter Dishing magazine, filled with local food trends, happenings and recipes. And don’t forget to let us know if you eat something you would like the recipe for! You may just have your request published in the next issue.
You can read it while you enjoy one of the 10,000 plus bowls of pho noodle bowls the resort will serve up this season…
