A Hole New King’s Grill

Whether it’s gourmet burgers, adult mudslides, or giant Jenga you’re after, the new King’s Grill has it. The team behind Gather and Palate has taken over King’s Grill, located at Snow King Resort. With the help of Chef Clark Myers, they have created a menu of tasty burgers and sides that are sure to fuel another run on the nearby Cowboy Coaster.

Five unique half pound burgers adorn the King’s Grill menu. The JHOLE Burger is topped with smoked tomato molasses, Snake River Farms pulled pork, smoked gouda cheese, fried onion, and slaw. Try the burgorta—topped with pepperjack cheese, escabeche, corn pico, and avocado aioli. For the vegetarian in us all, the nonconformist is a veggie burger served on thick cut toast with pepper jack, gouda, and American cheese; tomatoes; basil pesto; and balsamic. Check out the full menu here.

If the alpine slide, Cowboy Coaster, and killer views aren’t enough, King’s Grill has added corn hole, life size Jenga, and giant Connect Four to its menu of appeals. Also consider King’s Grill a spot for corporate events, retreats, or private parties. Private parties can take advantage of catering by Gather, and exclusive use of the available deck games.

King’s Grill currently opens at 11:30 a.m. for lunch, and dinner is served until 9 p.m. The brand new happy hour runs from 3 to 6 p.m. and features $2.50 pints of PBR.

If it’s food, drinking, and fun you’re after, get your day buzz on at King’s Grill.
