Head North to the Grille

Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis has is offering a great reason to take a scenic drive out of town: dinner at North Grille. With a new chef on board, they have opened the restaurant to the public for dinner every Thursday, Friday and Saturday through the end of March.

Luke Biewick took over as chef this winter after holding the same position at Jenny Lake Lodge for the past few summers. He brings his love of gardening, fresh produce, homemade accompaniments and sophisticated seasonal food to the restaurant.

The winter menu is a preview of what is to come this summer at the club. Biewick has ambitious plans for a large greenhouse which will produce many of the herbs, greens and vegetables you will see on your plates. In the meantime, he is working with local farmers and butchers to offer what he can from the region.

The dinner menu shifts every few days and features homemade breads, local meats and seafood specials. There is always a soup of the day and dinner specials so diners who live in the area and come in frequently will never get tired of the offerings.

This summer you can also look for information about special events, like farm dinners. Reservations are suggested. Don’t miss our while you have the chance. There will be a break in April before the restaurant opens again for the summer season on May 8th.
