Ask For It: Turpin Meadow’s Green Goddess Dressing Recipe

We test a lot of menu items when we go on photoshoots and sometimes I just can’t help myself when I taste something extra delicious. The most recent case was at Turpin Meadow Ranch. It is easy to work up an appetite out there on all the perfectly groomed trails. And the food is just as satisfying. But as delicious as the burgers, gourmet hot dogs and sandwiches are, my favorite thing on the lunch menu was a wedge salad.

What made the salad stand out was the dressing. I have made a lot of good salads and dressings in my years in the kitchen but after trying this one, I had to get the recipe to share. It is the perfect balance of creamy and flavorful and while the chef said it is just a take on a classic goddess dressing, it is a better one than I have ever tasted before. Try it next time you are out there, or better yet use this recipe to make it at home!
