FoodTerra shared with Dishing their newest web series, which focuses on showcasing local CSA’s ingredient focused, seasonal recipes. Each weekly web series shows viewers fun recipes that require simple techniques for food preparation, planning, cooking and storage. This week’s episode was filmed at the Lockhart Cattle Co. ranch and features a great recipe for hay-roasted onions, Lockhart beef, and a garden bounty stew. On the Lockhart Ranch the cattle are born, raised, and finished right here in Jackson. The ranch is a fifth generation family run ranch currently run by brothers, Chase and Cody Lockhart.
