Fall Arts Fest Offers Foodie Events

Palates & Palettes Gallery Walk
Friday 5 – 8 p.m.

More than 30 art galleries participate in this evening in which guests can wander through the galleries and enjoy free snacks from some of the best restaurants in the valley, as well as drinks to go along with them, of course!

The Ranch Tours
Saturday Home Ranch Parking Lot, 2 p.m.

This ranch tour of the famous Walton and Snake River ranches also comes with dinner catered by Western Range Catering. This chuck wagon dinner is complete with live music. Cost is $50, reservations required. Call: 733-3116.

 

 

Taste of the Tetons
Sunday, Jackson Town Square, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Valley chefs, restaurants and caterers put their best culinary work on display for sampling. Also enjoy a wine tasting, silent auction, and the Howdy Pardners “Pickin’ in the Park” – musical entertainment by The Jackson Hole Cowboy Jubilee. Each taste ticket is $1.

 

 

18 restaurants are participating and here is what they are making!:

  • Fine Dining Group: mini house-made ice cream cones, huckleberry cupcakes
  • Rendezvous Bistro: Thai apple and pork belly salad with cabbage, cucumber, cashews and a chili-lime vinaigrette
  • Million Dollar Steakhouse: Korean BBQ short ribs with kim chee
  • The Mural Room: curried oxtail slider with Asian slaw and pickled jalapeno
  • e.leaven food company: BBQ brisket on challah buns, braised short ribs on challah buns
  • Nani’s: meatballs
  • Snake River Grill: Asian duck-scallion crepes
  • The Garage: smoked baby back ribs with a bourbon BBQ sauce
  • The Wort Hotel: corn chowder, gazpacho
  • Nick Wilson’s Café: slow roasted Kurobuta pork sliders, honey-chipotle BBQ, fresh slaw, bread and butter pickles
  • Cascade: Country Natural beef steak lomo saltado, Country Natural Beef hanger steak
  • Westbank Grill: summer fruit buckle with lemon thyme streusel and whipped creme fraiche, confit lamb shoulder with pine needle/apple/onion hash
  • White Buffalo Club: Wyomato and crab salad
  • Pinky G’s: Powder Hound and Funky Chicken
  • Giovanni’s: braised lamb shoulder on top of a grilled crostini
  • Nikai: hoisin braised beef short ribs with wasabi mashed potatoes and crispy green onions

Join Jackson’s 30-plus art galleries for brunch and festive beverages at this closing-day celebration of yet another superb Fall Arts Festival! Brunch, Bloody Marys and spectacular art all around town.
