Slow Food’s Winter Harvest Dinner at Amangani

A meal celebrating the thoughtful gathering of local and regional ingredients benefiting Slow Food youth education programs. Join us for an intimate evening by the fire, sharing in the abundance of our Teton area’s wintertime offerings. All proceeds will be donated to Slow Food in the Tetons.
Chef’s Tabld: Cheese and charcuterie
1st Course: Root salad
2nd Course: Pan-seared salmon
3rd Course: Whole roasted chicken
4th Course: Lockhart Ranch Manhattan Strip
5th Course: Honey chevre mousse
Cost is $145 for dinner, $220 for dinner and pairings, not inclusive of service and tax.
