Basics of Fermentation Class

Slow Foods is hosting a Basics of Fermentation Class at the Teton County Fairgrounds Building. For $35, this class is a hands-on fermentation class for adults taught by Poa Jacobsen Vansickle of Daily Roots Fermentation.
