A bustling dining destination with something for everyone, Q Roadhouse & Brewing Co. presents a comforting mix of down-home favorites of varying influences, all created using thoughtfully sourced ingredients. One bite and it’s not hard to see why chef Matty Melehes was recently a competitor on Food Network’s Chopped Grill Masters, or why Matty and co-chef Jesse Rezin were recognized in the Best Chef category of the Best of JH Awards. Q’s menu changes to feature seasonal selections, with a strong focus on local and regional meat and produce. The delectable menu is complemented by craft beer brewed in-house by award-winning Roadhouse Brewing Co., which offers beer options concocted from high-quality ingredients and brewed with unparalleled passion. The beers, built on the spirit of exploration that Jackson Hole already exudes, help cultivate and strengthen the local craft beer adventure.

Tucked away in the Aspens, Sudachi celebrates the best flavors and qualities of Japanese cuisine, driven by the desire to provide a world-class sushi experience in our small mountain town. Focusing on freshness and sustainability, Sudachi has created dishes, cocktails and an environment that honor this passion. To accomplish this goal, they have created two restaurants in one. Tuesdays through Fridays are “Sosaku,” or creative sushi nights, with a focus on sashimi, nigiri and creative kitchen specials. Saturdays through Mondays are “Izakaya,” or informal Japanese dining nights, with the emphasis on drinks and shared small plates. Both styles have something for everyone. Specialty cocktails and an evolving sake and wine menu complement the meal perfectly.

Stop in for lunch or dinner at Teton Pines, and you’ll see many of Jackson’s who’s who, from businessmen conducting meetings to girls’ night out gatherings to families on their way home from the slopes. This 29-year-old restaurant is a wonderful choice for visitors and locals, who are loyal followers of the delicious American fare. The service is warm and friendly. Recently renovated, the restaurant offers a new and vibrant ambiance. Lunchtime crowds come for fresh salads, hearty sandwiches and house-made potato chips. Winter happy hour draws a cult following (an excellent choice for escaping resort crowds) with small plates like meatball sliders and half-price cocktails. For dinner, find upscale cuisine like locally raised beef, fresh fish, handmade pastas and a superb wine list. Don’t skip the made-to-order cinnamon donuts. Chances are, you’ll become a loyal patron, too.
