Summer weather is in full swing- featuring steamy temperatures and sunny afternoons. As you look for a spot for a cool down, we’re bringing you the details on all your deck dining options in the valley.

North of Jackson

Dornans: The views of the Tetons from Dornans can’t be beat. Sip wine and indulge in pizza or pasta on their upstairs deck, or take in the tunes during the Monday night Hootenanny with the perfect mountain backdrop.

North Grille at Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis: Find yourself surrounded by green…the green of the golf course, that is, on the patio of the North Grille at Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis.

Palate: Affording sweeping views of Sleeping Indian and the National Elk Refuge, stop in for lunch at Palate, locating in the National Museum of Wildlife Art.

Hayden’s Post: Soak in the sun or the sunset from the second story deck at Hayden’s Post. Close to all the action of Snow King Mountain Resort, it’s a great hangout for the family.

Healthy Being: The cozy little cabin that houses Healthy Being Cafe & Juicery sits on a coveted expanse of lawn right in the heart of downtown. Large trees provide a shady escape, while the tables and chairs are as colorful as their fresh-pressed juices.

Liberty Burger: At first glance, you wouldn’t realize that Liberty Burger has an upstairs with an outdoor patio. These prime spots are in popular demand.

Moe’s Original BBQ: Fast, convenient and delicious, there are so many things we love about Moe’s Original BBQ. With a constant stream of daily specials, be sure to pair that white BBQ sauce of theirs with some fresh mountain air this summer.

Momo Shack: Where Bon Appe Thai once lived on Pearl Street, Momo Shack has opened. Try the mix of Nepali, Thai and international food items featured on their menu.

The Kitchen: Conveniently located close to Town Square, we love that the Kitchen’s patio expands their summer seating options.

Pearl Street Market: Swing in for lunch at Pearl Street Market, and dine under the shade of an umbrella in their outdoor seating area.

Picnic: We love the bright, fun tables located outside Picnic. The quiet space is a delightful spot to catch up over coffee or get some work done on your lunch break.

Pinky G’s: Escape the heat of high summer at Pinky G’s outdoor space beneath the Pink Garter Theatre. Or, enjoy your late night slice in the refreshing night air.

Pizzeria Caldera: Pizzeria Caldera’s second story deck gives you a whole new vantage point for your people watching pleasure. It also allows for a more complete view of the Town Square.

Rendezvous Bistro: The Bistro’s outdoor space offers up comfortable, cool seating options in the busy summer months.

Sidewinders: Dine beneath Sidewinder’s huge American flag on their wrap around, second story deck.

Silver Dollar Bar and Grill: Grab a table right on Broadway, and imagine what your surroundings must have looked like when the Wort first opened its doors.

Snake River Brewery: The Brew Pub’s outdoor space has received a huge face lift, with a large bike rack, lawn games and a welcoming fire pit.

Snake River Grill: Snake River Grill also has an upstairs deck on the Town Square. These coveted few tables can only be reserved the day of. They’re a hot commodity you’ll definitely want to experience this summer.

StillWest Brewery & Grill: Quiet possibly the largest deck in town faces Snow King Mountain. Finish off your hike with a cool brew from StillWest.

Thai Me Up: Pop over to Pearl Street to secure a spot on Thai Me Up’s deck. This place is always teeming with people enjoying a Melvin brew or Thai food late into the evening.

Teton Village/Westbankthe deck

Alpenrose: You don’t need a special occasion to treat yourself to an Austrian-inspired meal on one of the expansive decks at the Alpenhof Lodge.

Aspen’s Market: Did you know about the picnic tables located on the grassy banks of the creek behind the Aspen’s Market? It’s the quietest spot to enjoy your picnic lunch.

Bodega: We know you can’t resist a sandwich from Bodega’s fried chicken shack. Pair that sandwich with a sloshie or six pack from inside, and challenge your companions to a game of corn hole.

Calico: Calico’s family-friendly deck and yard bar is a summer hot spot that will welcome you on a warm summer night and leave you feeling full.

Il Villagio Osteria: Osteria boasts an alcove of outdoor tables nestled hillside outside of Teton Village’s Hotel Terra.

Mangy Moose: If you love the Mangy Moose’s deck during sunny ski days, you’ll love it even more during the summer. In the heart of Teton Village, the Mangy Moose’s wooden deck is the perfect perch from which to enjoy one of their spicy margaritas.

RPK 3: Nick Wilson’s may have transformed into RPK 3 this winter, but the deck remainded. Located next to the JHMR ariel tram dock, this centrally located establishment in Teton Village has a prime location and atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

Spur Restaurant and Bar: Love the Spur’s summer menu? Us too. And it tastes even better at one of the Spur’s quiet outdoor tables.

Teton Pines: Take part in country club life with a meal on the deck at Teton Pines. From fresh summer salads to succulent steaks for dinner, Teton Pines is a delicious and delightful deck location.

Teton Thai: No one can forget about the little gem located near the Ranch Lot of Teton Village. Teton Thai’s patio expands summer seating, so everyone can be sure to indulge in their incredible Thai food.

The Deck: Dine at incredible heights, by taking the Bridger Gondola to The Deck. The amazing views of the valley below will elevate your dining experience.

Pearl Street Bagels: The Pearl Street Bagels location in Wilson is located right on Fish Creek. So grab your coffee drink and bagel and pair them with some sunshine and bubbling creek noises.

Rations at Basecamp: Enjoy high-quality southern-inspired fare and fresh-squeezed sloshies from Rations, located in Basecamp, and take your eats outside to their quiet picnic area.

Streetfood at the Stagecoach: What goes better with Streetfood than sunshine? We can’t think of anything! Grab a seat at one of the picnic tables on their deck this summer.

East Gros Ventre Butte

Amangani: The view from the top of East Gros Ventre Butte provides sweeping Teton Views from morning to night.
