The bride-to-be gets beautified by the Grace Spa team.

When you have someone as special as Mollie Flaherty work for you, it is important to us to show your appreciation. So when the sales-and-blogging, Dishing dynamite decided to get married next summer, a party was in order.

We turned to client Grace Spa, who last summer opened one of the prettiest days spas we have ever seen, to help us offer the ultimate bridal party. We worked with owner Grace and her talented staff to come up with a beauty-themed wedding shower to treat the bride and her friends.

Between mini manicures, hair styling and massages, snacks were in order. Taking a cue from our southern heritage, we made mini tea sandwiches, cheese balls and offered treats from Persephone Bakery.

But no party (in our southern minds at least) is a party without a punch. This pomegranate punch was a huge hit. It is easy and colorful and would be a pretty addition to any event you might be hosting this holiday season.

Tea sandwiches are a southern staple at showers, where Cara and I from.

Persephone treats

Why would we make sweet treats when we could buy them from Persephone instead?
