Breakfast has long been deemed the most important meal of the day. There is no shortage of options when it comes to fueling your day of Teton adventures; however, this summer has seen a few more contenders enter the breakfast race.marketplace breakfast burritos

JH Marketplace

When it comes to breakfast, there is one menu item that the people of Jackson seem to love: breakfast burritos. Any and all breakfast menus have developed their own signature variety, but Jackson Hole Marketplace is tipping the scales, literally. They’ve upped the ante with breakfast burritos that weigh in at more than 1 pound. Flavors will vary, but some of the first included steak burritos with rice, whole black beans and a roasted onion and pepper blend.

Hatch Taqueria and Tequilas

New to the breakfast arena this summer is Hatch Taqueria and Tequilas. Always a win when it comes to tequila cocktails and taco Tuesday festivities, now is the time to incorporate Hatch into the earlier hours of your day. The new menu features huevos rancheros, three different breakfast tacos, a chorizo breakfast burrito and chilaquiles. For a little something on the sweeter side, dive into a steaming skillet of coconut banana French toast, incorporating 460 brioche bread, banana curd, coconut, organic bananas and maple syrup. Wash it down with $5 breakfast cocktails. Breakfast is now being served from 8-11:30 a.m. daily.hatch breakfast

Mangy Moose

This summer, the Mangy Moose has kicked their breakfast game up a notch. Breakfast operations have moved upstairs from the RMO Café to the main dining room. The new menu boasts classic dishes like the avocado toast and huevos rancheros, but incorporates new favorites like the trout scramble, Moose Benedict and Town Talk pancakes. The Mangy Moose kitchen is now under the guidance of new Executive Chef Tony Callies. He has brought to the Moose a skill set that allows him to add as many house-made menu components as possible. This includes house-cured bacon and house-made chicken chorizo. One of the most unique, and delicious, new items is the Moose Benny: white cheddar tots, hollandaise, two eggs, smoked pork shoulder and tomato marmalade.moose breakfast

FIGS

One of the best kept secrets is the breakfast at FIGS, located in Hotel Jackson. Master of Lebanese cuisine in the later hours, in the mornings, FIGS offers up a full breakfast buffet in addition to a well-crafted breakfast menu. Find breakfast favorites like eggs Benedict, two varieties of breakfast burritos and Belgium waffles. Or, keep it classy with bagel and lox or stuffed French toast.figs breakfast

Creekside Market and Deli is a one stop shop for stocking up for all outdoor adventures.
