The Dream Girl

Fill a shaker with ice, add the following:
2oz. Grey Goose L’Poire
Squeeze  lemon wedge
Generous splash of lavender honey

Shake vigorously
Pour into a martini glass, top off with Moscato d’Asti
Add raspberry/Chambord foam on top.

The Perfect Gentleman

Fill a shaker with ice, add the following:
2oz. Makers Mark or other bourbon
0.5oz. Drambuie
0.5oz. Sweet Vermouth
2 splashes of orange bitters

Shake vigorously
Put a brandied cherry in a chilled martini glass and pour you cocktail over it
Finish off with an orange twist
